The mission of the Benefit Administration Division is to determine eligibility and issue cash, food and medical assistance to families transitioning to self sufficiency as well as services to individuals and families who have an elderly or disabled member in need of food medical or skilled nursing care. If you wish to apply for benefits you may complete an ONLINE APPLICATION. This application is good for Medicaid, Ohio Works First, and the Food Assistance Program.
