The mission of the Benefit Administration Division is two fold. The Quality Assurance and Training component of the division serves and supports the agency by maximizing the quality of service delivered to the public by offering staff the opportunity to develop their skills to their greatest potential. The Benefits Issuance component of the division provides cash, food and medical assistance to those families transitioning to self sufficiency as well as services to those individuals and families who have an elderly or disabled member in need of food, medical or skilled nursing care.
