Ohio Works First (OWF)

Quality work in determinations and assisting needy individuals, has and always will be the number one priority at Muskingum County Job and Family Services.  We strive to achieve optimum results in all areas of benefit delivery.  This is achieved through an active Quality Assurance team which conducts case reviews utilizing the Federal criteria and other selected internal focus points.  The QA team creates and distributes tip sheets for the agency newsletter and "Quality Matters", the QA teams monthly publication.  In addition to these responsibilities, policy clarification for the eligibility workers is also administered through the Quality Assurance team.  At Muskingum County, we are proud of the role we play for the needy citizens of our community and the Quality Assurance team is happy to assist in creating good eligibility determinations.
