Self Sufficiency & Qualty Performance

Quality work is a top priority with Muskingum County Department of Job and Family Services staff. To help assist in accomplishing this goal, the Quality Performance Staff continually monitors and internally evaluates the casework for income maintenance programs for accuracy of payment and benefit delivery. They also facilitate the statewide TEER process for the agency and collect data and publish statistics for internal reviews. In addition they provide support to agency staff by researching and issuing policy clarifications.
