Customer Service Department

The Customer Service Department provides helpful, friendly service to custodial parents, absent parents, employers and various organizations in the community. The goal of this unit is to assist customers who are in need of information when they call into the agency or stop by the office if they have a question about a child support or spousal support payment, need a payment history or need a verification. This unit has a major impact on the agency as it now allows the enforcement unit to dedicate more time to establishing and enforcing support orders.
