Enforcement Department

The Enforcement Department provides service to custodial parents, absent parents, employers, and insurance companies as well as other agencies. The goal of the Enforcement Department is to establish and enforce child support orders, alimony and medical orders for the children of our community. This department uses local, state and federal location techniques to locate absent parents in pursuit of its goals. The statewide child support enforcement tracking system (SETS) has had a major impact and aids in the location of absent parents. The department will strive to perform their tasks in a professional and expedient manner and prides itself on exhibiting a caring and concerned effort toward each customer.

The department is divided by the last name of the custodial parent or caretaker relative.
