Financial Department

You can make payments in person at our agency’s payment window.

It is open Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 4:45 PM.  We accept cash, debit and credit card payments.  A drive-up window is also available for your convenience.

The Financial Department works closely with OCSPC (Ohio Child Support Payment Central) to achieve accurate payment processing in an effort to improve the quality of life in the community.

 We research missing and erroneously posted payments and take the proper corrective actions (payment correction, address changes, etc.), to ensure the problems are taken care of quickly and accurately   We work "one on one" with employers to assure a proper breakdown of payments for employees who have multiple cases.
