How Can I Apply for Child Care?

If you are in need of child care, or know someone who is, call the Muskingum County Department of Job and Family Services to set an appointment with a Child Care Case Manager, or an application can be mailed to your home, or you can click here for a printable Child Care Application.

An application for child care will need to be completed along with submitting all required documentation, such as the last (4) paystubs on all adults in the household, and/or an official school schedule on all adults in the household.

Your signature must be in ink and original.  Do not type in your signature and do not send in a photo copy.

When your application is approved, your eligibility will begin the date your application was received in the agency.
