Fiscal Unit

The Fiscal Unit is charged with maintaining the fiscal operations of the agency.  We prepare agency financial information for use by the County, State and Federal Government.  We prepare annual budget projections for all agency divisions to be used by the County Commissioners and the Director for financial planning.  We prepare and maintain all agency contracts.  We also monitor service contract outcomes annually.  We work with state and federal auditors and program monitors whenever required.  We provide monthly and quarterly statistical data to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services which determines where individual agency expenses will be allocated.  We prepare the agency payroll and accrued leave reports and process all agency receipts and disbursements.
